Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Zeus Mighty Coins developed by SME UTILITY ADVICE Labs ("we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of the mobile application Zeus Mighty Coins (bundle com.mighty0030.candies, the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Zeus Mighty Coins is a brand-promotion cookbook app. It bundles 40 illustrated Olympian dessert recipes, a daily Ambrosia of the Day reveal, a Wheel of Olympus for random recipe discovery, an Olympian Slot ingredient combiner and a Mount Olympus Collection across common, rare and legendary tiers. The App is fully offline, requires no account and contains no real-money mechanics.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the App, except as permitted by law;
- use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or commercial purpose;
- circumvent any security or technical limitation of the App;
- upload viruses, malware or other harmful code;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity in support communications;
- use the App to infringe any third-party right.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and all content within it — including recipe text, hand-painted illustrations, branding, fonts, lore notes, sound and the underlying software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence in Section 3, no rights are granted to you.
6. User Content
If you attach a personal bake photo or note to a recipe, that content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us. You retain ownership of any content you create. You are solely responsible for the content you store on your device through the App.
7. No Real-Money Mechanics
The Wheel of Olympus and Olympian Slot are recipe-discovery features. They pick recipes from the bundled catalog. There is no real money, no wagering, no payouts and no in-app purchases of any kind. Words such as spin, jackpot, mighty, lucky, divine, golden, legendary and prize describe desserts and discovery, not gambling.
8. Updates
We may release updates to the App from time to time. Updates may add, remove or modify features. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
9. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services described in our Privacy Policy. Their availability, terms and policies are outside our control.
10. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Recipes are provided for personal use; please follow standard food-safety practices and observe any allergies.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, which is zero for free downloads.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above indicates when the Terms were last updated. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or on this page.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
