Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what happens with your data when you use Zeus Mighty Coins developed by SME UTILITY ADVICE Labs (the "App", bundle com.mighty0030.candies). The same policy also covers the companion website at mighty0030.com.

By installing and using the App you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

What are your rights and choices?

You stay in control of your data. At any time you can:

  • Reset your advertising identifier. Open Android Settings > Google > Ads to reset or limit your Google Advertising ID, or to opt out of personalized advertising.
  • Disable push notifications. Turn notifications off in your device's app settings, or deny the permission when first asked. On Android 13 and later the App must request your permission before showing notifications.
  • Reset the anonymous identifier the App stores on your device. Clear the App's data through your device settings, or uninstall the App.
  • Clear cookies and browsing data set inside the App. Clear the App's data through your device settings (this also clears anything stored by the App's built-in browser).
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we may hold about you by contacting us through the contact form.
  • Withdraw your consent by uninstalling the App at any time.

What information does the App collect?

Information generated automatically

When you open the App for the first time, the following is generated or read from your device:

  • An anonymous identifier — a random value created on your device the first time the App launches and stored locally so the App can recognize the same installation across sessions. It is not tied to your name, email, or any account.
  • Your device language and region setting — used to show the App in the right language and to deliver localized push notifications.
  • The Google Advertising ID — a resettable advertising identifier provided by Google Play services on your device. It is collected only for advertising attribution (see below).

Advertising attribution data

The App uses AppsFlyer, a third-party mobile attribution service, to understand which marketing source led to the App being installed. Through AppsFlyer the App collects:

  • The Google Advertising ID
  • An AppsFlyer installation identifier
  • The attribution source (for example, "organic" or the name of the ad network)
  • The campaign name that led to the install
  • The Google Play install referrer string

AppsFlyer also receives baseline device information (IP address, device model, operating system version, and similar) as part of its standard operation. The App's anonymous identifier is shared with AppsFlyer so the attribution can be linked to your installation.

Push notification data

The App uses OneSignal, a third-party push-notification service, to send service messages and updates. When push notifications are active:

  • OneSignal generates a unique subscription identifier for your device so it can deliver notifications to it.
  • The App sets a language tag based on your device language so OneSignal can target localized messages.
  • OneSignal collects baseline device information as part of registration, including device model, operating system version, carrier, App version, timezone, and an approximate country derived from your IP address.

Notification permission is requested at runtime on Android 13 and later. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.

Built-in browser

The App includes a built-in browser used to display this Privacy Policy and the Support page directly within the App. The built-in browser does not collect data beyond what is described above, but websites loaded inside it can set their own cookies (including third-party cookies) and use local storage in the same way an ordinary browser does. Anything those websites collect is governed by their own privacy practices, not by this policy.

Information you choose to provide

The App does not require an account, login, email, or password to use it. Your unlocked recipes, daily streak, bake photos, and personal notes are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

Support and bug reports

The App's Support page opens a contact form in the built-in browser. If you choose to send us a support request, you may provide:

  • Your name and email address
  • An optional subject line
  • A description of your question or the issue you encountered
  • An optional file attachment — you can take a photo using your device's camera, or choose an existing image, PDF, text file, or log file through your device's file picker

This information is submitted only when you choose to send a support request. The App itself does not access your camera directly — photo capture is handled entirely by your device's built-in camera app, which manages its own permissions.

How does the App use this information?

  • To operate, maintain, and secure the App.
  • To attribute installs to advertising campaigns and to prevent install fraud.
  • To deliver localized push notifications, when you have allowed them.
  • To diagnose technical issues, fix bugs, and improve performance.
  • To respond to your support requests submitted through the contact form.
  • To comply with applicable laws and to enforce our Terms.

Who do we share information with?

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with the third-party processors listed below, only to the extent needed to operate the App, and under contractual safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

The App integrates the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

These processors may store and process data in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States and the European Union. By using the App you consent to such transfers under appropriate safeguards.

How is your data protected and how long is it kept?

All data the App transmits is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect the limited information we process. No method of electronic transmission or storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention periods follow the table below:

  • Anonymous identifier — stays on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
  • Cookies and local storage set inside the built-in browser — follow standard browser expiration; cleared when you clear the App's data.
  • Google Advertising ID — managed by Google Play services; you can reset it in your device settings at any time.
  • AppsFlyer installation identifier — managed by AppsFlyer; tied to your App installation.
  • OneSignal subscription identifier — managed by OneSignal; tied to your App installation.
  • Local content (unlocked recipes, daily streak, bake photos and notes) — remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data.
  • Support form submissions — kept only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, then deleted.

Is the App safe for children?

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

How will you know if this policy changes?

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or on this page.
